- Images are NOT to be shared with friends, family, graphics groups, tubes groups, posted on other sites for download or passed around by any means but you may share the link to the site ONLY - DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS are MINE!.
- You may NOT use COMPLIMENTARY images for COMMERCIAL purposes of any kind - COMMERCIAL RIGHTS are not Available!
- All images were made by me UNLESS otherwise noted, and unless otherwise noted - COPYRIGHT is MINE!
- You may NOT alter the names of the files.
- If I find someone distributing the others, they can expect to hear from me when I find them.
- It is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to use my name or signature, with or without a copyright sign on your completed images after alterations. I realize some groups tell you it's OK to do this and even require it; but it's NOT OK . . . it's as misleading and insulting as forging my name to anything else. The completed image is not mine, only the tube you used in your work.

- Who owns copyright to your resulting image? - YOU do, provided you have the right to use everything in it!
- Individual purchases allow that the set will be available immediately when Pay Pal is used . . . however, I would be happy to accept payment in us funds by money order if you don't mind waiting until the money order is received/cashed.

any site where any kind of service or products are sold.

the right to include my source image(s) in an image you will create to use for commercial purposes.
distribution rights:
the right to freely distribute or share my copyrighted work with with others.
copyright:
the legal right to make terms of use for something you alone
created which contains nothing you aren't licensed to use for that
purpose.
pride:
your reward for knowing your work is legally your own and no one else has a right to claim it or set terms for it's use.
EXCLUSIVE:
EXCLUSIVE USE; for use by the purchaser only; UNSHARABLE; no further distribution which means I can't even use the tubes myself!
